Lutron HomeWorks QS support in the Poconos
HomeWorks QS is the Lutron flagship found in the larger custom homes around the lakes. It is still supported, and many QS systems can be moved to the current HomeWorks QSX processor while keeping existing devices. Service usually means programming that has drifted from how the house is used, a processor that needs updating, or a dimming module in a lighting panel that needs attention.

How to tell
You probably have one if…
- Large metal lighting panels full of dimming modules in a basement or mechanical room.
- seeTouch or Palladiom keypads throughout the house.
- A large custom home built or renovated in the 2010s.
What we see
What goes wrong.
- Programming that no longer matches how the house is used.
- A dimming module or panel component that has failed.
- No one has the project file or knows who programmed it.
Your options
What we would do about it.
Cost. A typical whole-home Lutron system in a 3,000 sq ft lake house lands between $8,000 and $20,000 installed, depending on how many loads get dimmed and how many keypads replace them. More on Lighting Control
