Poconos & Northeastern PA
Smart homes, done properly.
Lighting, audio, climate, security, and networks — designed for the way you actually use the house. Year-round homes and second homes across the 570, by people who live here.

Everything we do, one click away.
All systems
Lighting Control
Dimmers, keypads, and scenes that replace a wall of unlabeled switches with a few buttons that actually make sense.
Whole-Home Audio
Sonos and architectural speakers through the whole house and out to the dock — one app, every room, no visible boxes.
Home Theater & Media Rooms
From a properly done great-room TV to a dedicated theater with risers, acoustic treatment, and one button that starts the movie.
Vacation Home Monitoring
Freeze, leak, power, and entry alerts for a house that sits empty — the system that pays for itself the first time it works.

Who we work for
Two kinds of houses, two different problems.
The house you live in.
You touch these systems dozens of times a day, so the bar is different. Lighting that replaces a wall of unlabeled switches. Audio in the kitchen that is actually good. A network that holds up when everyone is home and two people are working. A media room worth sitting in on a Sunday.
- Lighting control and keypads that make sense
- Whole-home and outdoor audio
- Media rooms and dedicated theaters
- Networks built for people who work from home
The house you are not at.
Nobody is there when the furnace quits. The cleaner needs in on Thursday and you are in New Jersey. This is a large part of what we do, and it calls for different systems: thermostats you can trust from 200 miles away, security you can check from your phone, and locks you can open without driving up.
- Climate control with hard freeze floors
- Security cameras and monitored alarms
- Keyless entry with codes you can schedule and revoke
- Freeze, leak, and power alerts with automatic water shutoff
Communities
We already know your gate.
Most of our work happens inside named communities, each with its own access rules and contractor registration. We handle that before install day rather than sorting it out at the guardhouse.
How it goes
Five steps, no surprises.
- 01
Walkthrough
We come to the house, look at what is there, and listen to how you actually use it. Most of this visit is questions.
- 02
Design & proposal
A written scope with real part numbers and a fixed price. You see exactly what is going in and what each piece does.
- 03
Installation
Scheduled around your calendar, not ours. Drop cloths down, wires hidden, and the house cleaner than we found it.
- 04
Handoff
We sit down and show you and anyone else who uses the house how it works. Labeled keypads, no manual required.
- 05
Support
We answer the phone. Most issues get fixed remotely the same day, because we built the system to let us do that.
A house that lights itself at dusk reads as lived-in from the road all winter.
Where we work
The 570, and we mean it.
What area do you cover?
The 570 — Monroe, Wayne, Pike, Lackawanna, Luzerne, and Carbon counties. We are based in Pocono Pines, so the lake communities get the fastest response, but we work regularly from Scranton and the Abingtons down to Jim Thorpe and east to Milford.
Do you only work on vacation homes?
No. Roughly half our work is year-round residences — families who want lighting that makes sense, audio in the kitchen, a network that reaches the whole house, and a media room worth sitting in. Second homes are a specialty because they have particular problems, not because they are all we do.
Do you only work on big projects?
No. A lot of what we do is one room, one problem, or one system that stopped working. If a $900 fix is the right answer we will tell you that instead of quoting a whole house.
Can you take over a system someone else installed?
Yes, and we do it often. Systems get orphaned when the original integrator moves on. We can usually transfer it into your name, get it current, and support it from there.
How much does this cost?
A single-room fix starts around $900. A right-sized Lutron lighting system runs $1,200 to $4,500. Whole-home lighting, audio, climate, and network for a larger house typically lands between $15,000 and $60,000. Every proposal has real part numbers and a fixed price on it.
What if something breaks while I am not there?
That is exactly what we design for. Systems get remote access so we can diagnose and usually fix from here, and monitoring packages alert both of us when a house goes offline, loses power, or drops below temperature.
Next step
Start with a walkthrough.
We come out, look at the house, and tell you what is worth doing and what is not. No pressure, no package deals, and a written scope before anyone spends anything.
