Whole-home Lutron RadioRA 3 with engraved keypads, six zones of Sonos including the dock, motorized shades on the great-room glass, and a network rebuilt from the panel out.

A builder-installed system nobody had supported since 2017. Controller replaced, project transferred into the owner's name, and the lighting and audio brought back under one interface.

A five-bedroom rental turned over weekly. Per-booking door codes, an isolated guest network that survives a full house streaming, and a thermostat guests cannot set to 78.

Great-room theater in a cathedral ceiling

A difficult room — hard surfaces, a sloped ceiling, and a fireplace exactly where the center channel wanted to be. Solved with an adapted Atmos layout, targeted absorption, and one button that starts the movie.
