My Caséta stopped working after I changed internet providers. Why?
The bridge connects through your router. A new router means the bridge has to be reconnected; the dimmers themselves are fine and keep working at the wall.
Do I need the Smart Bridge Pro?
Only if Caséta has to work with a control system such as Control4. For the app, voice, and schedules, the standard bridge does the job.
