Sonos in Scranton
Sonos partner. Whole-home and outdoor audio, including in-ceiling architectural speakers and the dock.
Historic borough and in-town housing
Older homes need a different approach: fishing wire through plaster and balloon framing is slow, and sometimes not worth it. We plan the runs that are genuinely feasible, use existing chases and closets, and fill the gaps with Sonos units that need only power. The result covers the house without a week of patching and painting, and the original trim survives intact.

Questions
Sonos questions from Scranton homeowners
Something not covered here? Call (267) 719-3598 and ask.
Do you install Sonos in Scranton?
Yes. Scranton is part of our regular service area and we work throughout Lackawanna County. We are based in Pocono Pines, so this is work we do ourselves.
Why pay for installation when I can buy Sonos anywhere?
Because the speakers, the wiring, and the placement are the parts that determine how it sounds — and those are the parts you cannot buy in a box. Running wire to a dock, cutting in ceiling speakers, and racking amplifiers is the job. The Sonos units themselves are the easy part.
Can Sonos go outdoors and stay out all winter?
The Sonos Architectural outdoor line is built for it, and we leave them out year-round. What fails is indoor speakers put on a covered porch, which we see constantly.
